If you have no usable hearing in one ear and normal or impaired hearing in the other, Oticon CROS is designed for you. The Oticon CROS solution has two parts: a transmitter with a microphone that wirelessly transmits the sound from the impaired ear to the better ear, and a hearing aid that picks up sound from the transmitter and plays it in your better ear. It's a revolutionary experience for the single-sided hearing impaired.
