If you are deaf or have no usable hearing in one ear and normal or impaired hearing in the other, Oticon CROS is designed for you. The Oticon CROS solution has two parts: a transmitter with a microphone that wirelessly transmits the sound from the impaired ear to the better ear, and a hearing aid that receives sound from the transmitter and plays it into your better ear. It’s a revolutionary experience for people with single-sided deafness.

Oticon CROS allows you to watch television or listen to music while carrying on a conversation with someone on the side that has the poorer hearing.
