Establishing interest in online counselling

Once you’ve fitted a client with Oticon hearing aids, explain the Oticon RemoteCare service and ask whether she or he would be interested in online counselling. If so, you can go ahead and book the first trial follow-up appointment.

Easy and intuitive to use for your clients

Oticon RemoteCare is secure and easy to use. You can adjust your clients' hearing aids in real-time and it provides you with the following functionalities:

A stable Internet connection is required: recommended minimum speed 1/1 Mbit/s. Additional costs may be incurred when not connected to WIFI. Please check with your mobile service provider. 

  • Remote fine-tuning

    Connect to your client and make on-the-spot hearing aid adjustment

  • Video calls

    Set up a video call to have face-to-face conversations

  • Phone calls

    Make voice calls if your client prefers not to have the camera on

  • Text messaging

    Use the chat function to exchange short text messages
